Artist Statement

My art blends introspection and exploration, using digital tools to express emotions in a way that allows me to explore them from a safer distance—externally on canvas rather than internally. My previous practice was largely hand-drawn. Now, in my current practice, I take a digital mixed media approach to creating my artwork. I introduce my own hand sketches and other creations into AI to interpret and generate multiple new iterations that are later brought into tools like Procreate where I collage and transform with extensive digital painting.

My work often explores the complexities of human emotions intertwined with subtle themes of technological sentience. This exploration of the relationship between humanity and technology is central to my practice, which makes my use of digital mixed media and AI a natural extension of my artistic process. These tools allow me to push the boundaries of my storytelling, reflecting the evolving nature of both human and artificial consciousness. Like a whisper into the void, I don’t expect specific interpretations, but I hope that someone will hear the whisper and realize they aren’t alone.
